             امروزه ساخت و ساز های جدید در راستای تداوم حیات در بافت های تـاریخی، ضـرورتی گریزناپـذیر هسـتند، حـذف تدریجـی و یـا تغییـر عملکـرد بعضــی بناهــا در بافت هــای تاریخــی، اهمیــت و نیــاز و توجه به بناهــای میان افــزا  و شناسایی مو لفه های  موثر برآن،  امری ضروری تلقی می شود. هدف این پژوهش، علاوه برآگاهی از شکاف‌های موضوعی و جلوگیری از پژوهش‌های تکراری، تحلیل علم سنجی مطالعات توسعه میان افزا جهـت کشـف مسـائل و تحـولات اصلـی و نیـز یافتـن رونـد عملکـرد نوظهـور مقـالات و مجـلات، شــناخت الگوهــای همــکاری و کشــف ســاختار فکــری حوزه علمی توسعه میان افزا است. جهــت نیــل بــه ایــن اهــداف، شناســایی و اســتخراج مفهوم و ابعاد  موثـر بـر توسعه میان افزا بـا بهره منـدی از منابـع اسـنادی وکتابخانــه ای معتبــر خارجــی و داخلــی انجــام گردیــد روش های متعددی برای ارزیابی و سنجش تولیدات علمی طراحی و ایجاد شدند یکی از روش های پر استفاده در علم سنجی که برای تحلیل ساختار دانش در حوزه های مختلف علم رواج دارد و ارتباط میان واژه های به کار رفته در قسمت های مختلف مدارک را بررسی می نماید تحلیل علم سنجی است. روش تحقیق در پژوهش حاضر مرور سیستماتیک با استفاده از نرم افزار vosviewer است که با تحلیل علم سنجی به تجزیه‌وتحلیل هم رخدادی ومرکزیت درجه و بینابینی و نزدیک بینی درجه، هم نویسندگی و زوج کتاب شناختی با بهره گیری از روش های کمی پرداخته شده است. یافته‌های حاصل از ترسیم و تحلیل نقشه‌های هم زمانی وقوع دو آیتم بر اساس کلمات کلیدی نشان می دهد کلید واژه های "توسعه میان افزا" و" توسعه شهری" از بالاترین مجموع قدرت پیوند و تعداددفعات هم رخدادی وقوع دو آیتم برخوردار هستند و در تحلیل مرکزیت درجه کلید واژه های " توسعه میان افزا" و"توسعه شهری" و "برنامه ریزی شهری" و "کاربری زمین"بالاترین مرکزیت درجه برخوردار بودند ودر بررسی نقشه چگالی هم واژگانی کلیدواژه‌ها میزان پیوندهای موجود در شبکه بالا بوده و در آن جریان اطلاعات با سرعت مناسبی انتقال می‌یابد، در تحلیل شبکه هم نویسندگی بر اساس آیتم محققان بیشترین مقاله مربوط به هوگوکه دارای 5 مقاله و 14 پیوند بوده است و در تحلیل زوج کتابشناختی بر اساس آیتم مجلات ، ژورنالland use policy     با مجموع قدرت 34 و تعداد پیوند13، در جایگاه اول است.
