fa چهارچوب مفهومی اجتماع پایدار در جهان‌بینی اسلامی و سنت شهرسازی مسلمانان پژوهشي Research <p>عنوان &laquo;اجتماع پایدار&raquo;، برای اولین بار در قالب چهارچوب مفهومی توسعه پایدار و به عنوان هدف غاییِ بعد اجتماعی توسعه پایدار طرح شد. تا کنون پژوهش‌های زیادی به این مهم پرداخته‌اند که یک اجتماع پایدار چه مشخصات و ویژگی&lrm;هایی دارد و شهرسازی چگونه می‌تواند به خلق یک اجتماع پایدار کمک کند. اما در این میان آن‌چه مغفول مانده است بازروایی محلی این مشخصات در پرتو جهان‌بینی غالب و بستر فرهنگی جامعه ماست. پر واضح است که استفاده از هر الگوی جهانی، در مختصات محلی به تغییراتی متناسب با زمینه فرهنگی آن محل، نیاز دارد. بر همین اساس، استفاده از الگوی جهانی &laquo;اجتماع پایدار&raquo; در بستر فرهنگ اسلامی، نیازمند باز تعریف مشخصه‌های یک اجتماع پایدار از دیدگاه جهان&lrm;بینی اسلامی است. بنابراین مسأله اصلی نوشتار حاضر، چیستیِ شاخص‌های اجتماع پایدار در جهان بینی اسلامی و چگونگی تأثیر آن بر سنت شهرسازی مسلمانان است. بر همین اساس، اصلی‌ترین سؤالات این مقاله را می‌شود به این صورت تبیین نمود: شاخص‌های یک اجتماع پایدار از منظر اسلام کدامند؟ این شاخص‌ها چه تأثیری بر سنت شهرسازی در شهرهای مسلمانان داشته‌اند؟ هدف این مقاله دست‌یابی به الگویی از اجتماع پایدار است به‌گونه‌ای که در ارتقاء طرح‌ها و برنامه‌های شهری دربستر فرهنگ اسلامی قابل استفاده باشد. به این منظور، ضمن بررسی متون و اسناد در دو حوزه جهان‌بینی اسلامی و سنت شهرهای مسلمانان، به کمک روش &laquo;تحلیل محتوا&raquo;، کدهای ناظر به پایداری اجتماعی استخراج گردیده و مقوله‌بندی شدند. سپس در ماتریسی تناظر اصول اجتماعی اسلام و تأثیرات آن در سنت شهرسازی مسلمانان تبیین گردید. در نهایت، چهارچوب مفهومی مقاله که به پرسش‌های اولیه، پاسخ می‌دهد و در آن روند طراحی و برنامه&lrm;ریزی یک مکان شهرسازانه با تأکید بر اصول اجتماعی در جهان‌بینی اسلام داده شده، تدوین گردیده است.</p> <p>Title &ldquo;sustainable society&rdquo;, was first time propounded in the format of the conceptual framework of sustainable development as the final objective of social aspect of sustainable development. By now, many researches have studied this point that what specifications and characteristics a sustainable society should have and how urban planning can help creation of a sustainable society. However what have been ignored is local relation of these specifications in the shadow of the dominant ideology and the cultural bed of our society. It is clear that using each global pattern in local coordinates requires some changes proportioned to the cultural field of that place. According to this, using global pattern of &ldquo;sustainable society&rdquo; in the bed of Islamic culture requires redefining specifications of a sustainable society from the view of Islamic ideology. Therefore, the main problem of current writing is the way and how the indicators of sustainable society in Islamic ideology affect the urban planning tradition of Muslims. According to this, the main questions of this paper can be explained as: &ldquo;what are the indicators of a sustainable society in the view of Islam&rdquo;? and &ldquo;what effects have had these indicators on urban planning tradition in the cities of Muslims&rdquo;? The objective of this paper is to achieve a conceptual pattern from sustainable society in the bed of Islamic culture in a way that it can be used in promotion of urban plans and programs by the Islamic-Iranian approach. For this, while investigating the texts and documents in two fields of Islamic ideology and tradition of Muslims&rsquo; cities, the codes relating to social sustainability were extracted and categorized by help of &ldquo;content analysis&rdquo; method. Then the proportion of Islam&rsquo;s social principles and its effects on urban planning tradition of Muslims was explained in a matrix.
