Spatial-geometrical ideas, symbols and ornaments پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">شهر اردبیل در طول ادوار گذشته، به سبب موقعیت سوقالجیشی و خط سیرش در منطقه از لحاظ دفاعی- نظامی حائز اهمیت بوده است. به نحوی که ساخت بنای اولیه نارین قلعه در شهر اردبیل به پیش از دوره قاجار نسبت داده میشود با این وجود بنا شهرتش را پس از بازسازی در دوره قاجار بدست آورده است. این مجموعه با دارا بودن فضاهای متنوع به عنوان یکی از تاثیرگذارترین قلعهها تا اواخر دوره قاجار همچنان به حیات خود ادامه میدهد. لیکن در اوایل دوره پهلوی به کل تخریب می‌گردد و در حال حاضر به جز اسم، اثری از آن باقی نمانده است. منابع زیادی دال بر چگونگی ساخت کالبدی این مجموعه در دسترس نیست. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر برای نخستین بار، با بررسی ویژگیهای عملکردی به تحلیل کالبدی مجموعه بوسیله نقشهها، اسناد و متون تاریخی در دوره قاجار پرداخته است. پژوهش پیشرو درصدد پاسخ به این پرسشها است که شاخصترین معیارها در بازسازی ساختار کالبدی مجموعه نارین قلعه که در تحلیل عملکردی آن نیز جای میگیرند، کداماند؟ و معیارهای مذکور را چگونه میتوان در الگوهای فضایی مجموعه تحلیل نمود؟ با پاسخ به این پرسشها میتوان بخشی از هویت معماری نارین قلعه را بازشناخت. در این مقاله با پژوهشی کیفی براساس مطالعات کتابخانهای از طریق تحلیل محتوا و با رویکرد استدلالی ساختار کلی تعیین میگردد. همچنین مطالعات اکتشافی در آن برای تدقیق تحقیق با آزمون فرضیه همراه است در خصوص معیارهای شاخص حاصل از بازنمایی کالبدی و کارکردی در مجموعه مواردی نظیر: تنوع کاربریها (تسهیل کننده و اصلی)، تنوع فضایی (فضاهای بسته و باز)، سیرکولاسیون حرکتی (درجهبندی)، همجواریها (سلسله مراتبی، عملکردی و فضایی)، نظام فضایی (مرکزی و محوری)، فرم و شکل کلی (الگوی حیاط مرکزی)و ویژگیهای اقلیم شناسایی گردید. کاربریهای تسهیل کننده (مذهبی، اقامتی و خدماتی) در مجموعه پیرامون کاربریهای اصلی (دفاعی، نظامی و حکومتی) سازماندهی شدهاند در واقع کاربریهای اصلی با نظام فضایی محوری دارای اولویت سیرکولاسیون حرکتی و همجواری عملکردی با هدف افزایش کیفیت فضایی شکل گرفتهاند. علاوه بر این فضاها در جزئیات دارای ترفندهای اقلیمی و بومی بودهاند، که نشاندهندهی وجود الگوی پیش اندیشیده، منسجم و مطابق با ویژگیهای معماری ایرانی در فضاهای داخلی مجموعه است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The historical origins of the Narin Qal'eh complex in Ardabil date back to a period preceding the Qajar dynasty. Following its reconstruction for military purposes during the Qajar era, the complex emerged as one of the most significant architectural structures of its time. Nevertheless, it was entirely demolished during the early Pahlavi period, and today, only its name remains. Given the scarcity of documented sources regarding the architectural structure of the complex and the lack of comprehensive information about its spatial configuration, this study aims—perhaps for the first time—to conduct a spatial and physical analysis of the complex based on historical records and functional characteristics. Accordingly, the research identifies key criteria within the physical structure that align with its functional aspects and outlines the analytical framework used to uncover the spatial principles and meaningful architectural concepts embedded in the various functions of the Narin Qal'eh complex. This qualitative study, grounded in library-based research and content analysis, employs a deductive approach to determine the overall structural framework of the complex. Exploratory investigations are also incorporated to refine the research through hypothesis testing. The study identifies several key criteria derived from the functional and physical representation of the complex, including: spatial diversity (enclosed, semi-open, and open spaces), functional variety (primary and auxiliary uses), movement circulation (hierarchical grading), access circulation (spatial, functional, and hierarchical), and spatial organization (centralized and axial systems). The auxiliary functions—such as religious, residential, and service-oriented spaces—were organized around the primary functions, which included defensive, military, and governmental uses. These primary functions were prioritized within an axial spatial system, emphasizing movement circulation and functional adjacency to enhance spatial quality. In contrast, auxiliary functions followed a centralized spatial system, occupying secondary priorities and often exhibiting hierarchical adjacency. Furthermore, the internal organization of spaces was shaped by climatic strategies and performance-based architectural techniques, reflecting a premeditated, coherent pattern consistent with the principles of Iranian architecture in the interior spatial design of the complex.</div> بازسازی, نارین قلعه, ساختار کالبدی, بازنمایی کارکردی, دوره قاجار.
